  • How do I know if you are a good fit for my needs?
     In the first half hour of conversation, we will have good idea of what you need and what we can provide.  If we cannot help, our tenure in the industry should allow us to steer you to someone who can.

 

  • If we are mutually a good fit, what do I need to provide to you at first?
    At our first design meeting, a good description of your brand’s mission and objective, the characteristics of the item(s) you need, a price point, desired materials, anticipated order quantity and a timeline. Or you may have a sample, drawing,  tech pack It can be a single SKU or a wide assortment of SKUs.
    In turn we will explain our capabilities, including design expertise, material options, manufacturing capacities, and current timelines. Once we possess a conceptual understanding of your requirements, we will be able to offer you an estimated conceptual framework regarding costs and lead times.

 

  • Suppose we wish to proceed, what do I need to prepare?
    · You can bring a vague idea, a picture, sample, or a tech pack.  If available you can bring:
    · Branding Files: Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.*
    · Designs: Tech Packs reference images in different views or sketches.*
    · Artwork Files : Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in a vector file format with dimensions.
    · Sizing: A size chart of garment measurements for each design* *If applicable.
    · Quantities: What are your initial ordering quantities for a style

 

  • Can I order samples before placing my order?
    Absolutely.  Samples are critical to verify fit, flow, fall and details.  (Note that some fabrics, and some colors may not be available at the sample stage, but finished fabric with defined colors will be presented for approval before production begins.)

 

  • What are your typical lead times?
    Typically, our leads times can be anywhere from 30 to 60 days. However, please consider apparel has seasons which create lows and highs, and each customer has their own internal approval process to consider.  The first designs can be presented in X weeks.  Samples can take X weeks, and actual production varies by the quantity ordered and can take V or z weeks.  In an emergency these can be reduced or increased due to a global supply issue.

 

  • Are there any specific types of garments that you do not produce?
    Wedding dresses Historically we manufacture an extensive range of clothing items! Adult and children’s sizes, male/female/unisex forms, plus & tall versions, shirts, blouses, shorts, pants, dresses, outerwear, hats, sweaters, fashion or functional sports, uniforms, and licensed teamwear and pet attire. Wedding dresses are the only exception to our (manufacturing/production) capabilities.
