Manufacturing Processes:

We have mastered several apparel manufacturing methods.  In the apparel segment we offer:

• Flash Manufacturing which was honed by our associated with Zulily over a decade ago.
• QRS (Quick Response Manufacturing) allows subsequent quick deliveries after launch that can address size/outs or unprecedented demand.
• MFCP (Metered Flow Continuous Production) addresses staple and long-term items that require resupply.  Rather than require a retailer to take (e.g. two) large PO’s a year, we use an internally developed methodology allowing the retailer to receive monthly (12) or bimonthly (6) that lowers the retailer’s cost of inventory and allows adjustment of inventory by size.

And of course…

• Advance PO Methods that improve retailer productivity in managing sales, GMROI, real time reaction to trends and OOS situations.

Manufacturing Facilities:

Flash Manufacturing

Our current facility in Puebla includes a complete cut & sew operation that can act in Flash Mode. It us equipped for runs of X to Y in a Flash mode and up to Z in Quick response mode of operation. We employ salaried workers in a full cut & sew facility with laser-cutting, template plotting, sublimations, silkscreen, and embroidery operations in-house.

Supplemental Manufacturing Assets

The company’ staff and reputation are well known in Pueblo and through a series of contracted strategic alliances, Breakthrough provides Design, Quality Control, Accounting, Laser-Cutting, Silk-Screening, Embroidery, and administrative services to several quality manufacturing facilities in the Puebla marketplace.  This unique relationship allows us the flexibility to scale up with additional  equipment or skilled personnel.
